Equal Opportunities Statements:

In keeping with our mission statement, MKCA respects and values the diversity of its staff, members and their families.

All MKCA staff and users are therefore taught to understand and respect that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and equality.

In the composition and operation of our management we are mindful of our commitment to equality. In order to ensure that we maintain this, MKCA collect and monitor records of all staff and squad members in order to recognise the complexities of each individual identity which is it is made up of many strands. These may include but are not limited to ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical and mental aptitudes, nationality, socio-economic status and religious, political or other beliefs.

Whether Cheerleading for recreational or competitive purposes, attending events, competitions or practice sessions we will seek to ensure equality of opportunity for all MKCA staff, members and their families.

MKCA embrace and celebrate our differences in a positive environment and are committed to engage with the needs of our staff and users to enable us both individually and collectively, as an organisation, to achieve our aims.
