We have reserved accommodation at Park Dean Holiday Camp in Sandford

This should cost between:

£60-70 per person

This price is based on groups of 6 people sharing a caravan.

Transport

We will not be organising team transport for this event. Please take responsibility for your own arrangements.

The payment deadline for both of these competitions is 4^th February 2012. Please specify payment method on the form overleaf and/or contact Miki to arrange a payment plan/discuss payment methods on 07707950204.

CHEERLEADERS WHO DO NOT MEET THE PAYMENT DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE AT THESE COMPETITIONS.

RETURN ALL FORMS AND PAYMENT TO US IN FULL NO LATER THAN 4^TH FEBRUARY 2012.

Future Cheer medical release/ liability forms will be issued for completion at a later date (You will not be required to complete these if you have already completed entry for the 2012 competition season).

If this is your first BCA competition you will be required to apply for a BCA membership card which will grant you access to the competition. You can contact Cheryl for further details on 07976 419607.

Spectator tickets will also be made available to order at a later date.
